Prime Networks was founded in 2008 in China and Silicon Valley, California by a team dedicated to building leading technologies to provide world class solutions to the most challenging and dynamic CDN markets in the world. The Company is led by experts on both sides of the ocean in application development, content delivery networks, content management, and network infrastructure. Our core team of executives have previously served as leading executives in the United States and China at companies such as: Microsoft, Lycos, China.com, 21Vianet, Metromedia Fiber Networks, Abovenet, and Goldman Sachs.

In 2008, Prime Networks received financing from leading technology entrepreneurs and investors in the media, technology, telecom and Internet industries.
